Econiche House In-The-Gatineau is a hotel whose sole business is group meetings and reunions. We therefore require a minimum of eight guests. Even before you have firmed up your plans, we will provide you with a TOTAL EVENT QUOTATION and our TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RENTAL for your contract.

"Pencilling - In" We have a policy of holding the space, when requested, without obligation, for a meeting organizer who is not sure their meeting will occur on the date(s) specified. We call this pencilling in a client. When you are pencilled in, we keep the space for you until it is requested by another group, at which time you have 24 hours to confirm your reservation by signing our terms & conditions contract and providing a deposit of 25% of the amount of your contract.

We start to prepare for your event as soon as we have received your signed contract.  Other bookings are turned away, staff are scheduled and food is purchased.  Before signing the contract please read the terms & conditions carefully as we take our obligations to our clients very seriously and expect the same of our clients.
