Econiche House founder, Dr. Brian Bailey and his team of trainers offer in-house, customized programs from half a day to several days in duration - in English or French. Our services address teambuilding, productivity, leadership and new learning in an upbeat fun way. We can address your team's need, while making sure they have fun in the process. The same team which produces the Young Canadian Leadership Challenge  for 10-19 year olds, brings the best of what it has discovered to  Econiche House clients.

Our one-and-a half day EXECUTIVE TEAMBUILDING PACKAGE is our piece de resistance. The organizer books a team meeting where outside-the-box thinking and increased engagement will be sought from the team. Our team produces a hands-on, discovery-learning lead-up to the meeting - a half day (or more) on our executive ropes course - followed by a gourmet dinner and a Murder Mystery Evening (which reinforces the ropes course teambuilding.) The team wakes up in the morning ready to make their meeting "sing."

Our training team includes internationally-known authors and workshop leaders, Don and Martha Rosenthal, whose workshops on communication for couples are held at Econiche House among other locations.
